I called about a screw in my tire and they said bring it up! Pulled up, was greeted at my car and told them the issue. They found it, removed and plugged it in less than 10 minutes! $20 including tip, and I was back on the road. Never even had to leave the car. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you Joeβs! #BrooksideNeighbor

Highly highly recommend!!! I went for a 2 tires the first tire was great and the lady was so honest instead of selling me that 2nd tire she explained how my tire was not bad I just needed a $15 plug. She could have easily sold me that $45 tire but instead was honest and I loved that. Will forever be a customer!!

Always have great customer service, very honest whereas most tire shops will try to get over on you or try and upsale something you donβt need. Such as, only needing a Plug but they suggest a new tire. I brought multiple vehicles here and always great services. In fact, I pass up other tire shops wirh air deflating from my tires just to make it to this particular one. Rain sleet or snow they get the job done without complaining! Keep up the good work
